ÎÞ¾¡×ÊÔ´²É¼¯

The McKinney-Vento ÎÞ¾¡×ÊÔ´²É¼¯less Assistance Act (McKinney-Vento Act) ensures homeless children and youth have equal access to the same free and appropriate public education, including a public preschool education, as provided to other children and youths.  It has most recently been reauthorized under the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015 (ESSA).

Parents should notify their child¡¯s Principal and/or Director of Student Services of any change in status regarding housing so the ÎÞ¾¡×ÊÔ´²É¼¯ can ensure continued access to education and appropriate supports such as transportation, nutritional access and screening for eligible programs.
