By signing the acknowledgment form linked below, you grant the ÎÞ¾¡×ÊÔ´²É¼¯ permission to conduct a CORI check. To withdraw your consent, provide written notice to ÎÞ¾¡×ÊÔ´²É¼¯. Information obtained from this check will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of safety and security.
