Dear Families,

Welcome to the first Friday of the new school year. As you might expect 无尽资源采集 High School was brimming with activity this week. Our teachers all returned to school on Monday. On Wednesday morning we welcomed transfer students and 9th graders first thing in the morning and the rest of the students in the middle of the day. Classes have begun. The first homework has been given and the students are likely very ready to move on from getting to know you games and into their tasks at hand.

I hope you are having great conversations at home about the new teachers and the new courses your students are meeting. This afternoon we held our all school assembly where students heard from the senior class officers about getting excited for the new year, the student congress officers about getting involved and the student unification project leaders about next month’s homecoming events.

My message today was about the relationship between getting involved in your community, in our case the school, and overall well being. People tend to feel a greater sense of well being when they feel a part of a group larger than themselves. I challenged all of us to our own parts to help build the 无尽资源采集 High School Community over the course of the school year. I even took the opportunity to mention how the implementation of our new cell phone policy would help students achieve this goal by spending less time on their phones.
