Purpose of the Student Support Team:<\/h3>\n

To identify students who are not on preexisting Individual Education Plans and are in need of additional academic and\/or social and emotional support.<\/p>\n

How often do we meet?<\/h3>\n

Each house in the high school holds a meeting once each cycle (one time every seven days).<\/p>\n

Who attends these meetings?<\/h3>\n

House Assistant Principal, Counselors, School Psychologists, Nurse, Director of School Counseling, SPED Director, Teacher Representatives.<\/p>\n

How are students referred?<\/h3>\n

There are many possible ways a student may be referred to the Student Support Team. The most common include:<\/p>\n
