Art, Books, & Creativity (A.B.&C.)  is perfect for new and repeat students interested in exploring the rich tradition of bookmaking from cover-to-cover. Instruction in A.B.C. covers the history of bookmaking, creative sketching and writing exercises, and the fundamentals of bookmaking and book arts using a variety of techniques. Students have the opportunity to explore techniques in bookbinding and bookmaking, including: folded and sewn structures, pop-ups, sculptural, Japanese stab binding, and Tunnel Books. Students make use of collage, image transfer, monoprinting, and simple block printing techniques for creating original Artists\u2019 Books.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
