Fiske Families,

On Wednesday, the Fiske Falcons gathered for an assembly focused on what it means to be a S.O.A.R.ing Fiske Falcon. Students and teachers shared how following the S.O.A.R. expectations – Self-Control, On Task, Achievement, and Respect—makes Fiske a better place for our community. It was clear that students appreciate these expectations and recognize their positive impact on our school community. Ask your child about S.O.A.R. and what it means to be a S.O.A.R.ing Fiske Falcon!

A Message from our Fitness and Health Teacher, Mrs. Gerst.

I am excited to share that the American Heart Association’s “Kid’s Heart Challenge” is happening in all Fitness and Health classes throughout the month of February. During Fitness and Health classes students will be participating in many jumping activities. Students will use short ropes, long ropes, mini trampolines, jumping bands, low hurdles, skip-its, and many other fun pieces of equipment. Please have students wear sneakers for safe foot and ankle development-Thank You!

There is an option for families to donate to the American Heart Association. Over the last 8 years, Fiske Families have raised $30,000 This part is completely voluntary. This funding goes to help those who were not born with healthy hearts.

Fundraising forms are being sent home with your children or you can scan the QR code from this link.
